Game Night!

Great idea for a mid-week pick-me up, Game Night!  My roommates work organizes monthly game nights at each others house, tonight was our night to host!  In order to utilize our amazing view (even when it’s dark its amazing) we gathered all of our candles and laid the cards out on the deck table.  Mid-week gatherings help me to get through busy work weeks and this one was especially fun because it was a different group of people than my usual circle.  I’m on to planning my own game night for the near future!  Below are some cheap decor ideas that you can find around your home, also some easy appetizer recipes that I have been wanting to try for a while!

Simple flower vases with cards visible.  Grab hand cut flowers from your yard and find an old vase, easy!

Same here, grab some dice, poker chips, jenga pieces etc, surround a candle with them and you have a cheap addition to your party decor!

HANGING CARDS

This is my favorite!  Take ribbon or you could even use curling ribbon and link the cards together for a banner or garlnd around your card table!

ham & cheese sammies

Ham and Cheese sammies on Kings Hawaiian rolls… YUM!!!!

cheese dice

This is too cute, and easy!!!!  Please see the link below for the recipe..

chicken wont tons

I’ve actually made this recipe before and it is amazing!  Healthier since they are baked and not fried and you can swap out different ingredient to switch it up a little.
